Robert D Bolender III – Robert has been providing superior property management services since the year 2000 when he began as a professional property manager for Century 21 Advantage, which later became Century 21 Chamberlain & Associates, where he used his computer programming experience to completely modernize the legacy paper based property management and accounting systems they had used previously. He is a graduate of Cypress College with a degree in computer programming (also specialized in computer applications and computer science). He’s also received certified training in Property Management with an emphasis on Landlord/Tenant law in the state of California.

Joe De La Torre is a top producing California Realtor and owner of Legends Realty who realized that a separate full time, full service property management company would offer his clients superior property management services in addition to the superior real estate services they’d become accustomed to with Joe and Legends Realty.

Both Robert & Joe are ‘graduates’ of the Century 21 Real Estate system who decided that a non franchised brokerage was the best way to serve their clients. Legends Property Management was founded with the intent of providing superior customer service and value compared to any other property management company in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County.
